Its odd but some sources like the BBC and the Times news paper are not sure if he said anything about knitting.

Personaly I dont see what the fuss is about - Everyones like "ooo look how they talk!" - WTF do u expect? they are human after all.
Seems to be alot of fuss over nothing.
