When did being an alt ID automatically make you a Brendocon?

I say: Freedom from labelling for all non-Brendocon alt IDs! FREEDOM!

I also say "We'll blast the red stuff with the wet stuff!" a lot. And was widely available at Wal-Marts, apparantly.
