I believe the inherent problem in this is that over in Sweden, nobody's a ginger anything. And even then they have their own term in Swedish I'm sure.

Usually by this point, I'll have had too much to drink and I'll start telling people that ginger people smell of piss...nah really...Hey, I don't mean to be rude, some of my best friends are gingers, but they do carry a bit of a, well, a piss-smell, you have to admit. And no amount of scrubbing will get rid of it. It's in the hair.

Well, it is a similar colour to the urea-rich first piss of the day. And as we all know from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, if something has similar attributes as something else, then they are made of the same thing.
