Absolutely confounding.
I do however sometimes wonder if it could be made up? Or does the guy simply have an attitude on top of his tourettes?

I had a friend who had tourette's. He had a lot of anger control problems too, but his only actual signs of tourette's were rolling his eyes and jerking his head while making "myahhh myahhh" sounds.
Yea, it was as funny as it sounds.
