A footballer, Afonso Alves, might get sold from my local team, to a team in Holland (Heerenveen). And some website made an article (?) about it.

Does anyone comment on his hair in thearticle?

The picture of him is fake :D It's from a swedish article that was about mullets. Someone made the picture with photoshop. He actually looks like this.

yep he's going to heerenveen for 4,5 million euro's......some say malmo lowered it to 2.5..anyways alot of money.

heerenveen is a good above average team and has a gift for getting and creating great forwards..huntelaar(ajax), van nistelrooy(ManU) samaras and nilsson(manchester City) allback (Aston villa) jon dahl tomasson(milan).. they're like the newcaslke united of holland...only with blue stripes.

I'll give it a shot:

The Swedish newspaper Sportbladet reports us that Heerenveen and Malmö FF have come to an agreement about the transfer of Afonso Alves. De Fries (friesian?) club snagged him away from FC Groningen who also had a interest in him. The sum involved was supposed 4,5 million

The 24 year old Alonso will be flown over the Netherlands along with the guy who takes care of his financial affairs this Wednesday (Christ, do you Brits even have a word for "zaakwaarnemer"?). Currently he resides in Brazil where he's on vacation.

I dunno how to translate the last line because I don't have a clue about how to say some of the soccer lingo in english.

Anyways, it comes down to the fact that he's good at playing soccer :roll:
