It's a stereotype, popularised by the "funny" "comedian" Harry Enfield, that people from Liverpool have perms and moustaches and are always trying to fight each other, leading to the "hilarious" catchphrase (in a scouse accent) "'Ey, calm down, calm down!"
Harry Enfield, incidentally, is a **** and his show wasn't funny in the slightest.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

i thougt Enfield's show was alright.
Kevn the teenager and Lee and Lance both had some good bits.
