Right now on BBC1

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Them too. But I turn off when they're on.

I thought we were **** hot yesterday, really deserved to beat the Reds.

Well pleased with how we're shaping up.

I thought it was an een contest, what I didnt understand - and somthing the commentators kept harping on about was why Spurs played Defoe on his own against Rio and Vidic. seemed like it wasnt going to give him much luck against them too.

In all honesty, as nuts as this might sound, as United drew to Sunderland my last hopes of beating Chelski had gone, so id rather see spurs in 4th than Arse

i love the way the Mackams would have rather not got more than a point from that game as it would have meantthey would have been relegated by the Geordies...

Keane played up with Defoe.

I cannot believe Defoe didn't score, he had some great opportunities.

yeah he did miss a few sitters, then again so did Ruud, plus he hit the upright nicely.

Speaking of Geordies, was that the last of Shearer?
