Good lesser-known bands...?

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

I would also like to recommend The Ark.
Especially the song One of us is gonna die young.
I think you can listen to the song here, directly under "Music".
I don't have any sound at work though, so I can't check...
Can't believe I'm still here.

Cowboy Mouth. Pretty much anything by them. Awesome New Orleans band that COULD be big if they wanted to, but prefer small time fame.

Id suggest "Janie Says" if youre in a mean mood or "Home" if you want some good ol fashioned blues.

BTW 'Home' was written about the Katrina Disaster last year. It makes me tear up.

They also rock hardcore live. The drummer is the lead singer :)

I would ask everyone to listen to them.
