Re: Batman VS al Qaeda
Blame my agent.
Once I've taken down Osama, I'm going to take down Frank Miller.
Because I can.
I'm Batman.

I'm in two minds about this.
Point of fact is, if someone were to commit an attack on Gotham then Batman would take them down. Easy. But Batman comics lately have never taken the clear black-and-white good-and-evil path, and if that's lost here in a terrorists bad, Batman good kind of a way then I probably won't bother reading. The truth is I'm not after propaganda, I want to see something intelligent and challenging, and this doesn't sound like it.
Did anyone see that episode of Lost where it was Sayid's flashback and he had to try to convince his friend to be a suicide bomber? That's the kind of thing I'm talking about.

Two things - One, a propaganda Batman comic can be good. I read one - forgot the title - which spokes out against land mines, and demonstrates how innocent people are still killed by it long after a war is over.Metal Vendetta wrote:I'm in two minds about this.

Second - Holy Terror, Batman? Jeez... and not even original There already WAS a Holy Terror Batman comic, an Elsewords story set in an protestant-ruled over-religious America (where Bruce is a priest )

Well that tells all, really
Batman wouldnt have problems destroying Al Qaeda.
The one that would have problems is Miller!
