If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

its all a bit up in the air at the moment due to work to be honest, but if i do go to canada i will do my best to come to "sailin' them seven seas. No, really. Okay, maybe not. But I would!".

oh, and there are wiggling eyebrows behind everything i say. ever.

its quite disconcerting.

Although if i bring Dave you won't notice my eyebrows, because you will be over awed by his. singular.

edit - actually a road trip to Canada with Spidey woul dbe the glove, the man is a legend.

We'd be like Thelma and Louise. Without the holding hands bit.

Or boshing Brad Pitt.

The mountain or the film? Because I'm not sure they have cinema in Canada... just men sat round camp fires telling stories and acting them out with the bones of dead huskies...

:o

They filmed it in Canada; it was set in Wyoming. The point is, though, Spidey and Besty, being good Englishmen, need no mountain, for they will make do with what they have. And I mean "make do" in all forms of the word.

It's true, you know. Though that's on it's way out... the husky bones proved too fragile for travelling. It's all rocks and miming now, thank gods for technology!

It'd be fun! I wouldn't mind travelling out a bit either, I like wandering. If things go give me an email a bit closer to the date if/when things're set and we'll see what's what then. If it's nearby, all is gooder, if it's within sane travelling distance give me a couple week's notice and I'll see if I can't roadtrip it out.
