Man U used to poach people all the time, it just a matter of who is the biggest fish.

There are oonly so many players who will want to warm the bench at Chelski anyway.

true we did do that all the time, I just thik that Chelski seriously just poach anything United talk about now.
Its a sure fire way to stop United from winning.

well supposedly under Raneri United did just that, and forced chelsea to buy a few players, I forget who it was but I do recall Fergie having a laugh about it

Ran (through interpreter): "but mr ranieri would like to buy your veron for three beans and a wave of his tinker wand, he is not sure of his commitment, fitness and attitude"

Fergie: "well, if you don't want him, I think we'll buy him he would be an excellent addition to the man utd squad"

Ran: "We buy him."
