Won´t be on for a while but loving it out here *sigh* another holiday, another weird bootleg Transformer. This time I think I picked up a Brave mould (in Armada Prime packaging), it´s a kind of fire engine with a little ambulance that becomes the arms...got pics of it but can´t upload them while I´m here, so I´ll post ´em when I get back. Hope everything´s okay back in Blighty, the weather here is amazing, 17 degrees and a whole week of bugger all.

Yep, that´s the badger. Dukefire, eh? Been wondering what to call him, actually. Mine doesn´t have the chrome, but he still makes a pretty cute robot, I thought he was going to be really crap, but he has exceeded my expectations. The Takara version must be pretty sweet. From the instructions it seems he combines with a police car and a truck of some sort to form a super-robot, but sadly they were nowhere to be seen (along with his "Master Sword")...

Anyway, it´s still lovely out here, today I finished my book A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers and listened to the whole of the PWEI Reformation gig on my player while lying on the playa and turned a very nice shade of brown to go back to London with. Tomorrow it´s going to be The Fountain at the Centre of the World by Robert Newman, the last Levellers gig I went to and hopefully an even deeper shade of brown. How else am I going to convince people I´m really half-black?

Keep thinking about moving out here, Sexy Beast-style, although without Lovejoy taking one for the team...
