Finally doing it.

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Finally doing it.

I'm sitting at the computer drinking a Guinness. Usually, I just drink socially, but I have the boredom and I have the Guinness, so...

I'm gonna stick with Guinness, but if you're inclined to join me, I've got a case of Smoothweisers in the fridge.

We're anti-alcohol in the Hong household, so...

2.20pm. Just had lunch.

Hmm, root beer.

They're showing a rerun of Transformers RiD at about 6.

Ah, so you're 10 hours ahead of me. Nice. I wish they were showing RiD reruns over here. Or any Transformers that aren't on at 5 in the blasted morning for that matter.

I tend to pass up the RiD reruns for the Smallville reruns for the most part. Although it's possible that they'll rerun that one banned episode since they did that during the first run here.

It's been more than four years, you'd think that it wouldn't be as big a deal anymore. Besides, that ep is very important to the ongoing storyline of the series.

All I remember is, that building in the cartoon had a ridiculous design to begin with, and Wedge scratching Sky-Byte's back. And they had a copycat episode in Machine Robo Rescue, with another badly-designed building.

And we're getting reruns of the new He-Man and Cyborg 009. Only new show is Beyblade season 3. I hear Malaysia's rerunning ThunderCats and Conan the Adventurer.

Man, I used to think that Conan the Adventurer (the cartoon) kicked so much ass when I was a kid. I remember that the toys were among the worst ever, though. Thundercats reruns haven't been seen on US television in years. This was during the time when Cartoon Network showed classic cartoons instead of the flash animation they pass off as television these days.

I have a couple of the Conan toys. WrathAmon's horse is still pretty impressive. I had to make my own reins out of ribbon and some copper wire, though.

Okay, different topic. Ever heard of 'backstroke of the west'?

It's kind've a classic love story about this guy who keeps having dreamses about his lover who dies at the livinging of their child, and he thinks the only one who can help him is the dintmeister, who was killed by his land so he could sleep. All the while, the hero is made by the Presbyterian Church, who ratio tile the wish power altogether with him, but instead his brother in elephant, disabled person must solve, and when the hero's geologic change's strong and big, the brother's geography stand compares with him superior, the hero does not want.

As I said, it's kind've a classic, but the genre is something of an acquired taste. :D

Tera Patrick, surely.

She was on the cover of Bizarre magazine a while back, and all the girls in my flat was like "That´s not a woman, it´s a tranny!" I had photographic proof she´s a woman, but none of them seemed interested...

Damned exotic cheekbones...

Back one one of the earlier topics. According to our own cartoons section, Singapore should be getting the banned episode next Wednesday, that's a little over a week away.

And today's Smallville rerun was the one with the fear plage, complete with Lex Luthor's artsy/scary world domination vision, with background music.

Oh yeah there are. On a fun side note, her husband is the Evan, the lead singer of "Biohazard".. He also goes by 'Spyder Jones' when hes making saif documentaries with his wife.

Which is how Tera learned of him. She saw him in a shower scene in Oz and said "Wow. I want to meet HIM." Thier first date she got in the car and he just reached over and grabbed her boobs.. Now they are married and he gets to give her a shot of baby batter whenever the mood strikes.

Some guys have all the luck lol
