This is what I like to see. As much as I enjoy watching the insane conservatives taken apart by guys like John Stewart, when it comes from someone who is usually just a bit left or right of center, like Letterman, it really highlights the insanity of guys like Bill O'Reilly.

Technically, no. Since he truly believes what he's saying, it's not (legally) deception.
