I love MK2/3 aswell. and would have prefered Sub-Zero, but u cant have it all.

I've always felt a Tranformers game on the Street Fighter platform would be the greatest game ever. Marvel has done it with their characters, and it worked pretty well. They had big characters like Juggernaut and Hulk, and small characters like Spiderman, and somehow, it worked. So I think you could even have gestalts in the game as well.

If I were to pick eight characters for this type of game, I would probably go with: Prime, Megs, Starscream, Shockwave, Prowl, Soundwave, Grimlock, and Jazz.

Optimus, Megatron, Galvatron, Rodimus Prime, Impactor, Straxus, Fort Max, Scorponok, Thunderwing and Ultra Magnus

We could have two main end bosses which depends on as which faction you play:

As a Autobot: Galvatron
As a Decepticon: Powermaster Optimus Prime

Autobot - Megatron, after u beat him twice - Unicron Animation plays, U are now fighting in space on Unicron, and you face Galvatron. - U win, Animation, matrix opens. Unicron dies.

Would've made more sense for Ken to jump in at the end. Ryu and Ken are buddies, Sakura ran off to get Ken. Akuma couldn't give a flyin' monkey **** for Ryu. Not to mention the fact that fighting an oponent with so little HP left would be a dishonour.

Grumble aside, that rocked!

BTW Ken all the way.

I once beat my mates so many times on SF I had to put the Handicap on full and play with one hand. I still won 8 matches and pulled off the occasional special move
