How rude is this?

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

i'm starting to think ebay should take more responsibility for what is listed, i was reading teh other day that JK Rowling is constantly having a go at them as people are listing 'autographed' POtter stuff that she has never signed. Their basic response is that its her responsibility nd not theirs, but she isn't allowing people to list it for sale.

If their service was entreily free it may be a different matter, but as they profit from it they should brear some responsibility.

Damn right. Especially since they're slowly but surely pushing up prices and having 5p listing days instead of free listing days.

(and I even corrected your spelling for you ;) )
