11pm - OK, so the gig ends and after Alison has had a quick spin around on the spot to Love is in the Air we get to the queue It does not look good.

11.15pm: Obviously a few people share this opinion, as round the corner everyone starts pushing in. As pushing in is anathema to the being British I can only assume these people were Nazis. As Indy would say “I hate these guys”. Luckily security are on hand in their orange Sainsbury’s lookalike uniforms to do nothing about it. Naturally the queue now stops moving as the it is 7 deep at the front.

11.25pm: Obviously the only option is to now betray the Monarchy, spit on the Magna Carter and wave your arse at David Jason in a bid to get out of here. I may love all things British but it is time to push in. But! Oh! After watching the queue swell to a similar width to Bella Emburg Security have now moved in and are policing the front of the queue, which is now doubling back on itself. Luckily they are not bothering with the back of the queue so people are merrily trying to hop from the right side of the queue to the left. Luckily Alison is on hand to point people out loudly who do so and I am on hand to get far more aggressive than my meagre fighting skills should allow. After turfing one bloke out his witty retort is “At least I’m not being aggressive”, to which the only response is naturally “Because you were the one who was pushing in you c***”. We have still yet to move, but at least now there is a possibility of getting in a fight to pass the time.

11.50 we get our motherf***ing stuff. I have since burnt mine in disgust. On the plus side the bloke in the queue behind me has asked me to be his best man given that he has spent more time in my company than that of anyone else he knows.

Amazing gig tho.

didn't have a sh** time. Just a post gig debacle which was so shambolic i felt compelled to share.

I am still buzzing from the gig itself. And leroy was back!

get in line, wait your turn, it will be over soon enough. if someone gets there before you - tough shizzle, they were more organised than you. Pushing in is like saying 'i am more important than you'.

Saw 'em at the Academy in August. Top form, I particularly like the reworked Firestarter. Caught me out every time.

Saw MP recently and met the lead singer fella afterwards, they're a good band. Don't know much about the others.
