Just found this and had to share this. It's joycore.
This is a comics solicitation that is more snakes on a plane than Snakes on a Plane:

The Highest Anti-Terrorism Effort, or H.A.T.E. (a subsidiary of the Beyond Corporation©) put NEXTWAVE together to fight Bizarre Weapons of Mass Destruction.
When NEXTWAVE discovers that H.A.T.E. and Beyond© are terrorist cells themselves and that the BWMDs were intended to kill them, they are less than pleased.
In fact, they are rather angry.
So they make things explode.
Lots of things.
Starring Monica Rambeau (formerly Captain Marvel and Photon), Aaron Stack (Machine Man), Tabitha Smith (X-Force's Meltdown), monster-hunter Elsa Bloodstone and The Captain! Guest-starring Fin Fang Foom!!!

Let me repeat that last line.

Only thing missing is that they didn't mention Dirk Anger in the text. But Fing Fang Foom is in there, so it's all good.

Let us all buy Nextwave when it comes out. If you don't, you clearly don't like anything.

Tabby's landed here? Guess nobody else wanted her... But then again, the only time she wasn't I-want-to-kill-her-painfully kind of annoying was when she was in Ellis' X-Force.

Apparently he's every stupid non-entity Marvel character who's ever been called Captain {insert anything here}. Captain Kerosene, Captain Tyger, Captain Zero, Captain Prolapse, whatever...turns out they were all the same guy. Presumably will have laods of powers and some...interesting...psychological quirks.
The other character in the book is their superior officer, Dirk Anger. Who's like Nick Fury turned up to 11.

Yeah, it's not exactly going to be a serious book.

Alias is probably me favouritest comic ever. Bendis is leaving the Pulse soon; we're only going to get about 3 issues of him and Gaydos back on the character. Which kinda blows.
But hey, good, bad, monkey...what's the difference?

He should just wrap the pulse up if he is going to leave it imo.

Bumping as I've just discovered this forthcoming comic has a theme song.

I loved it, up to its fake letter pages (then again, they might be real...

). And the theme song's cool, too. My favourite bit was when Dirk was talking about his eating habits.

Immonen's art is something you need to get used too, but it kinda suits the mood of the book.
