Passed my driving test!

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Well done that man.

You might need to save your drinking money to afford the price of petrol though ;)

Speaking of which, even in your absence I may nip down your local and see if I can't steal any of your friends away for an eve (possibly in cahoots with my friends). And tha Dam? Special occasion?

Thanks all. And why a Nova? Cos I'm king of the chavs! Nah, not really, its a merit, not its chavvy SR counterpart. And it was given to me as by a mate who was buying a brand new car and couldn't really get anything for it. So I only had to pay tax petrol and insurance.

The wekends celebrations were pretty good, looking to get in a fair few more over the coming weeks, and as for Japan well, I'm already looking over the application forms so if they'll have me then yes, shouldn't be too long now (even if they won't, taiwan or china or somehwere will).

Oh and Eline, looking back at how bad I was when I started, well, if I can manage it anyone can (so long as their examiner is in a good mood and hasn't hit their onthly quota that day). You'll do fine :)

I drove up brixton hill the other night. Didn't mean to, but I took a wrong turn and decided going along tulse hill and onto brixton hill was the easiest way home. Some of the Londoners will be able to tell you just how hardcore that makes me! ;)

I had another lesson today, am learning how to park the car now. Fun! :)

I used to be pretty anti-cars, but once I've started my lessons I have experienced how much fun it is to drive a car! I want to have my licence now, and a car, and drive a lot!
