If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Go see this very funny film.
Has anyone else seen his very funny film?
It's fab. A bit uneven but it is f##king hilarious
Vince Vaughn is comedy Gold. And Owen Wilson isn't to shabby either. In fact he gets funnier and funnier as he gets frustrated at being in love.
Isla Fisher steels the show though. She is brilliant as the mental "Virgin in love" with Vince's character.
The sceen at the dinner table alone is worth your £6.70 (or equilivant) entry.

It gets a 6 out of 10 from the Brend.
It feels like somebody took The Wedding Singer and Meet the Parents and shoved them in a blender.
It's a decent film with some decent gags. But it's formulaic, predictable and overall pretty underwhelming.
Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn and Isla Fisher are great. The rest... meh.
It's no Zoolander. But then, what is? Apart from Zoolander, obviously.
Grrr. Argh.

I hated Zoolander. Except that bit where the him-bo's blow themselves up otherwise it was utterly unfunny.

Zoolander is genius. Wedding Crashers is romcom-by-numbers. Utterly unoriginal, completely formulaic and Christopher Walken looks like he's just woken up for most of it.
Bradley Cooper's decent in it. Will Tippin = ratings.
Grrr. Argh.

No.
- Dodgeball didn't have sentimental slop slapped into it.
- Wedding Crashers does not have Alan Tudyk as a pirate
- Wedding Crashers does not have Chuck Norris, Lance Armstrong or David Hasselhoff.

I enjoyed Wedding Crashers but it seemed far too long.
Dodgeball was really good fun.
Zoolander is one of the best films. Ever.

Zoolander: Very funny film. Would have done better if it hadn't been released the Friday before 9/11.
Speaking of Zoolander, Mystery Men wasn't THAT bad, either. Good for a rental at least.
Dodgeball was good. What did people think of Starsky & Hutch?
Small Trivia Question: What 1996 movie had Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, Jack Black, and Andy Dick all in small supporting roles?

Mystery men is brill, but I see that you are probably a comic geek to funny appreciate it.
Starsky & Hutch was average.
