But man, was it raining when he took that shot or what? That's one awfully wet lense. How the light hits it makes it look red too, like if it was blood!

You probably are - but then I must be too, as I didn't get it either.
That's why I answered with 'Brake lights?' and not 'Ha ha' or 'Yeah!'.
