Just read it on a swedish newssite (therefore no link).
There's a chance they'll play my 'local team'
There's also an article that the new owner of Man United wants to raise ticket prizes with up to 54%.
(it's a really crappy newssite though, where everything gets blown out of proportion).
Liverpool to qualify for Champ. League.

yeah he does want to raise them 54% over 5 years.
Which is a bit crap. but at the same time Uniteds ticket prices are some of the cheapest in the premm - Chelsea being the most expensive.
By 2010 Uniteds new inflated price would = chelseas current price.
I think if you want to be at the top paying those figures isnt that bad.
Im more concerned over the idea that the transfer kitty will only be £25 mill a year no matter what.
United "Hi can we buy that cool player you have?"
Foot Club X "yeah sure, hes £25,000,001"
United "damm..."

The clubs who would start alongside Liverpool in the first qualifying round would think Christmas had come extremely early when the draw for the Champions League first and second qualifying rounds happens in a fortnights time. Never thought such a day would happen.
At least the Spanish FA put Real Madrid in the group stage for the 2000/01 Champions League as opposed to get in 5 clubs (a quarter of the Spanish La Liga) into the Champions League, though Real Zaragoza were so gutted, they were relegated the following season.
