Help locating someone

This is one of those crazy "you only hear about in the movies" things, but this is the only way that I have to track someone down. I'm a US military member serving overseas. I'm trying to find someone that became a good friend of mine. He said that he posted on these boards and was rather active. I don't have an account name, but maybe someone will recognize him from some information.
He spent a long time in basic training because of an injury. He would have referred to this place as the "Med Hold" or "319th". He might have told stories about a Training Instructor sleeping in his wall locker or how he got ice cream on his first few days. If ANYONE can help me find this guy, I would really appreciate it.

You're sure it was Transfans.net? When would he have posted here? You should send a PM to Best First, the site mod.

Probably would have posted from whenever until now, I'm assuming. He was/is a transformers nutcase. I remember him mentioning this site specifically. He was in BMT from spring of 04 until fall of 04, I think. I really wish that I had more to go on, but I don't, at least not things that I'm willing to say over a public internet forum for privacy reasons.

Hm. You'd definitely need to go to a site mod to see anything that far back.
If you've got the time and the desire, here are a few of TF sites that are either bigger than us or more US-centric: www.tfw2005.com, www.transfandom.com, www.seibertron.com

Hey man. The guy you're looking for (if it's the same guy we talked about over IM) runs a (very cool, imo) TF site that can be found at www.mylittletransformer.com . All of his contact info can be found there. Good luck!
