Holy CRUD! I've been here for more than 2 years!

Didn't take me really long. About one minute of search on Google, then paste it into the post, and about 3 minutes worth of trying to compress it, with a varied result.

My first lyrics-post. :) I've wanted to do one of these for some time, I thought I might just as well take this opportunity.

Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.

The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.

Oh, here's the ol' award-sig2 from back in the day. :) Don't think you ever got to use this.

Yah long has it ben sucky, origonly it was just a stand in for one on the make but i never got round to it with all the requirements for avatars etc, plus the fact i'm just damn to lazy.

And thanks pred for the sig, its been a long time in the comin (yes it is a strange sensation thanking pred for something).

That reminds me. On a nice monitor I've noticed Pred's avatar to be more coherant (no offense Pred, The Fallen's neat, but unless you're actually privy to the original pic, Rebis has a bit of a point good sir) thanks to better brightness settings. I generally have to work from two different computers throughout the day and was wondering, because on one it looks great, the other it's kind of dark and no amount of adjusting I do to the monitor's settings affect it; How does my signature look to others?

Drat. It looks gorgeous on other monitors. But I can live with Dark and purply.

Monitors do not interest me, only - wait, a 17" flat screen?

I'm interested in acquiring a flat screen monitor of at least 17". Pray, tell, what other attributes does it have, and how much (approx) was it? Just interested in getting a general feel for what the market is like, that's all, really. :)

Twas about £220, upto 1280xsomething resolution. Automatically adapts to different sizes. Err... wallmountable?

Thats not a lot of help is it? :(

Actually, that's very informative.

But, what I'm most interested in is does it have any sound capabilities? Either built-in or bolt-on speakers? (I'm too lazy to get new speakers unless I really have to)

Hmm...Tech-talk. Again.

The thing with my avy is something I've noticed before, and as such I have acctually brightened it up some time ago. I think it may need some more tweaking. As for it's mystery-ness, well that's half the fun really. ;) Karl can attest to that.

I think I'll do a quick mock-up right now, to see how I can get it.

My 21inch monitor of complete leet'ness is set up to be as close to print standards as possible.

SUffice to say, what I se on the screen is what I print, or a printer will in real life. thier are various procedures to achive this.

Looking at Preds AVatar I see it to
A, have to much white inits black, via PS
B, it lacks contrast and there for definition

I so rocketh in the monitor department I am always correct.

Note how my avatar is a perfect rendtion of Mario screwing Peach from behind, and my other avatars use perfect colour harmony due to various hard cock rock methods...

ergo - I rock.

vis-a-vis, I will probably go for a 17" or 19" TFT as the ease of mobility will suit my transitional needs. ;)

You could rock even more, if you could give me a few hints as to how to set those rock-penis hard settings... Firstly I should use a higher-rez, right? This pic aint 300dpi because I made it when I was a n00b at coloring.

Two Points:

1) Not until this thread did I have the slightest inclination what Predabot's avatar was.

2) This thread is only three posts away from being more popular than the last inane, "Hey, anyone here that doesn't know me, here I am!" thread. And if that happens, I've done some calculations trying to predict the probability matrix, and if my work is correct, I'm pretty sure this place is gonna blow.

"Veteran". A term used by newbs who try to get over on newer newbs and idiots.

I'll have 4 years in Dec. and there are those among us who still would consider me a newb...making you an ultra-newb or some other such thing.

Notable; keep in mind that I do have an ax.

I'll leave that last bit open to interpretation.

All that happens is for the best. Do not feel sorrow for the boards that rejoin the matrix, but rejoice.

Now then, I do believe that my Avatar needs tweaking, and for that purpose I'm sitting here right now and thinking about how to do that. I've acctually thrown out the old coloration out the window, and is sitting here contemplating on how to best proceed with the next one, the basics are laid, but I need to get the details right if I am to succeed in converting it to my avatar.

Preads open that avatar in PS and play with the contrast and then the colour balance - and if bored try curves. its to dark tho.
