'Tis a geeky in-joke. #FF0000 is the hex code for pure red. #0000FF is the hex code for pure blue, and "All your base are belong to us" is a phrase from a computer game whose name I forget that was badly translated from Japanese.

Was going to get one for Valentine's Day this year, but in the end I couldn't be arsed. They are so sweet though. My Technical Director forwarded me the link and said, "If you understand the last two lines, I'm really worried", to which I replied "I think 'take off every zig' is a better line to use on Valentine's Day..."
