I have to say after the Arsenal/Spurs goal fest and the Chelski/Barca super match I think this is my most entertaining game of the season.
Notice how neither player actually said sorry to each other. They said sorry of hald the world but not each other. Though I partlky blame the s##t ref who did deny Newcastle about 3 penalities and gave Villa one when vassel was fouled outside the box.
I'd think the Newcastle fans, bein 3-0 down and all, were glad someone livened up the game for them. From Souness:
"The only people they've hurt are the customers, the guys who work hard all week to be able to pay to come and watch them."
Seriously. Food fights, Mourhino beheviour, Cole's taping up, Rooney's brothel behaviour, Spur's non goal against Man Utd this is pretty much the most eventful season I can think of. Not for a good reason.
But why BBC commentators, Garth Crooks bein especially guilty of this, are claiming this is so shocking and quotes flying of "I've never seen something like this" are once again forgeting, Batty and?(I forget) at Blackburn, the 21 man Arsenal/Man Utd brawl, Cantona's fly kick and any Leeds Utd game in the 1970's.
