I brought my sister the best present ever at Woollies

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

It's a DVD player. But not just a DVD player, it's a MP3 player, C.D player AND a karokie machine. It cost £40 and comes with 12 films. hald of which are sctually excellent or good:

The Shawshank Redemption, Educating Rita, Donnie Darko, TF:TM, Carry on Camping, The BFG, On golden pond, Black Beauty, Lawn mowerman and I can't remember the rest except a Robocop movie is in there (not the first). The DVD's are on double sided disks. And it has two Karokie DVD's and a microphone. Could anybody spend £40 better than that and have fun? I think not! Home Karokie is gonna rock.
I'm actually tempted not to give it to my sister on sunday.....

Ha!

Nice find mate. :)

Especially when sometimes there's DVD players with 100 free DVDs, none of which anyone's EVER heard of...
