Can someone test a download?

Ok im trying to download this

if u look down the bottom 'option 2' allows u to download a personal learning edtion of studio tools

after I have put my details in i press download and othing happens, i get a page explaining what might be wrong but i dont understand to be honest. can anyone help please.

i tried using both IE and Firefox. no joy.

dont worry i sorted it - i turned off Norton and voila! . bit daft really.
