O.K.
I'm a teacher and tragically there are certain names that inevitably result in the pupil with the name being a absolute c###.
This is a infamous teacher staffroom discussion but I figured everybody has a c### which made them miserable that has that would result them in divorcing their wife rather than naming their own offspring that particular name.
It could be due to a childhood bully, a git you simply can't stand or some ex b###h of a girl/boyfriend.
My kids will NEVER be called the following:
Josh (always terrible)
Chris
kirsty
Jordan (boy or girl it's always terrible)
Kira (But not Ciara who are always lovely and a potential)
Jimmy
Jamie
George (terrile, terrible kids 100% of the time)
Jodie
Charlie
Ben
Tony
Craig
Michalea
Tom
Jessie
Molly
Katie
Amiee (Amy is fine)
Jake (J names are almost always evil, take it from a teacher who has taught some 700 pupils now)
Cost
Jai (see?)
Havana
Chaise (Stupid names are almost on par with the J ones)
Italy
Alan
Lauren
Jess
Bradley
Taylor
Jack (See, SEE?)
Lee
Harrison
OK I did a lot. But all for multiply bad teaching experences with several kids called the above meaning and as many teachers agree with much of the above it means a higher than average number of bad kids will have the above names. Do your kids a favour, not call them any of the above.

I once knew an ass named Josh. Punk hit me from behind with a backpack in elementary. Parents removed him from our school because the lot of them were afraid of me. I'll beat the loser down if I run into him.Jetfire wrote:Josh (always terrible)
What? I can hold a grudge, [composite word including 'f*ck'] you.
Bush. Lookie there.George (terrile, terrible kids 100% of the time)
Does it count if 'Charlie' is a result of a nickname applied to 'Charles'? If so, it's an awesome name. Period. I win.Charlie
I've met many nice Jennifers. My wife's name is Josefina and she's lovely and loverly.J names are almost always evil, take it from a teacher who has taught some 700 pupils now)
Bout tree fiddy.Cost
Want advice? Don't call your child 'Busted Condom', 'Oops', 'Daddy forgot to pull out', 'Pregnant? [composite word including 'f*ck']!', or 'I'm the little bit that dripped down mommy's crack and got far enough into 'there' to be here and have this incredibly long and insulting name'.
Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.
The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.

Michelle - because I once went out with a Michelle and everyone went "Michelle ma belle" when I told them what her name was. So I think it would just be cruel to call a child Michelle for that reason alone.
Hmm...I went to school with a guy called Zarak...

I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Like I said at TFA, this is something I'd rather think about when it's relevant. But I do have a name that I've always like dthat will probably never work, and that's Grace.
It's a lovely name... I really like it. But it's one of those names... you just know that a kid with such a name is going to get made fun of at some point, y'know? As soon as Grace falls on her Face... there ya go.
Now that I think about it, boys' names... Probably Justin. I know a Justin, and... well... nuh uh.

I'd go with Lee! It's a cool name. And I'm not just saying that because of the wretchedly unhappy-looking icon Legion posted.
Simple, short names are good. Except Bill. I don't know why but I dispise the name Bill (no offense to any Bills there may be here, 0_o ... I'd just never use it)
