I remember Jetstorm- was an okay guy, I think I was absent for the 9-11 stuff or something. I have several big chunks of time I barely remember.

So now I have SBCYahoo, AOL, MSN, and AIM all running at once. Kinda bogs me down a bit.

But that would REALLY suck on dial-up

I'm not sure, possibly something about a live-action movie premise (oh, how green I was!).

But, what I do know, is that one of my early posts contained:

Oh, and I arrived shortly after the 'screamer suicide' gag. Oh what fun that was.

But not as fun as the whole OrionPax, Orion Pax, Onion Paxo, Devil Orion, Devil Onion, etc. thing that almost immediately followed it.

Oh, and btw, a while back there was a topic about when people first joined, and I said about the screamer thing then. And what should pop up in my email a day or two later, but an email from screamer, confirming when I joined.

So screamer, if you're reading, don't email me. I'll just take it as read.

That was Starscreamer. He pretended to be his brother, and claimed that he'd then committed suicide.

He then appeared and said that somebody had hijacked his brother's account to do that.

I'm not even convinced he ever had a brother, tbh.

i think my fisrt post was a response to Smooth saying Blaster was rubbish, to which my respone was along the lines of:

not in the clearly superior comics continuity he wsn't.

and it went from there.

I remember being sincerely shocked and saddened by the Starscreamer affair. Only Kickback saw through the prank, and got harrassed by all for it. When it came out, I don't think he even got an apology. Then again, the whole situation was screwed up.

Screamer mailed me the entire story afterwards, claiming this and that, misguiding me even then, then admitting a final truth. But I don't think I ever trusted him afterwards.

That was a post about racism in Transformers. I said something about how it was strange for a TF that was such a stereotypical black-jazz guy to be almost entirely white, about how Blaster was a boombox, and about how Wheeljack sounded like "Jack somebody's wheels." In retrospect, had I known that Aaron Archer would think the same thing years later, I'd have kept my trap shut.
