Yeah, I usually get that way too I find. I'm running around near-constantly from 8 am, I need proper fuel!

Iron for me... I tend toward anemia from lack of it, which sucks.

Luckily we have free fruit at the office

Before lunch? If I take my morning break (usually don't) I grab a coffee. We have a coffee machine in the break room... have to pay for it though. And the coffee sucks but it holds me til lunch...
When I can head out and get much, much better coffee at Tim Horton's.
I like Tim Horton's. They make a veggie sandwich, too... but it's extremely expensive. Costs 5.50ish canadian and consists of a wholewheat bun, lettuce, cream cheese and tomato...
But when I'm hungry I buy it anyway.
There's also a little coffee shop I found near where I work that sells... chocolate covered coffee beans! Whoohoo! Major pick-me-up for an aft of working. I was buzzing all over the place on Sunday afternoon.
