After stressing over work today, I was needing to kill some time before going to sleep and I felt the need to take care of some loose ends. Wrote some e-mails to people I hadn't spoken to in ages and then I found myself wondering how Transfans was doing. I've missed this place for a while, but the last six months have been really busy (I'm hardly ever home these days, let alone on-line for any appreciable time) and lingering guilt over the my undone G2 reviews kept me from bothering to look up the site (though I was on my way to finishing up a bundle of four reviews back in the fall before a virus ate my entire hardrive, windows and all... except for the anti-virus software ironically enough).

Last time I tried coming back to the site I made the mistake of committing to doing those reviews. I simply don't have the time to handle anything other than my university courses and work, but I would like to post again. Me being me, I guess I feel I should ask the blessing of the board (well the regulars and site team anyway) before just dropping back in after falling through on my commitment for a second or third time. While on one hand it's just a board, but I do feel like more than a bit of a dick for dropping the ball for a fine bunch of people and dropping out of sight with no explanation a second time in a row.

Hey to all me old mates Compy, Impy, Best First, Spidey, Karl, Legion and Pred (and anyone else I used to regualrly talk to... a lot's gone on in the last few months so it'll be a while before all this stuff starts coming back) .

YAAY! I'm sure the mods will look the other way, what are a few reviews when you can get Blackie? I just hope you'll stay a bit longer this time, and I wish you welcome back.
