Trying to find a song

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Trying to find a song

Ok, its a pretty famous song, Im sure youve all heard it.

This is where it gets difficult. I dont know:

The title
The artist
The lyrics


I just know its sort of soft rockish with an acoustic guitar, and they continue to say "hip, hip".

Does anyone have any clue what Im talking about....
