If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

The bear was Cryotek, looking at the sleeve. Odd, I thought he was a dragon.
Still blue, though! Even if the dragon is the evil... I'm confused...
Sounds like you caught the episode where Cryotek got Cravex's phylot totem on top of his own, leaving Cravex totemless for a bit.
No, it sounds like you haven't got the brains to recognise a Transformers reference when it caves your skull in (oh, there's a notion). But why should you? This is only a TF board, after all...
Because THAT would have been too easy, young man.
I love how some of us aren't allowed to make the same jokes everyone else does.

No, the difference is that the rest of us make jokes that are actually funny. Whereas your attempts at humour just suck the fun out of everybody else.
Let's examine:
- Brend makes comment about how Cryotek was a goodie and blue bear, despite being under the impression that Cryotek was actually an evil blue dragon.
- Hong blazes in jabbering about how it sounds like Brend's seen X episode!
- Everybody just presumes Hong's missed the point, and is hijacking the obvious reference for the purpose of showing off his Visionaries knowledge. Which is perfectly in keeping with Hong.
- Nobody cares. Which is perfectly in keeping with everybody's attitude towards Hong.
See?
Go make "hilariously witty" remarks in the Sim thread. Go on - see how many people give a toss.
Grrr. Argh.
