the Audi was an RS4, its got a 3.0 V6 twin turbo engine, ive had the chance to drive one, and they can hit 140mph very easiy, capable of about 160mph.

what ever the guy was driving, i could prolly study the interior, but it sounded like:
a, a large normally aspirated engine - no turbo or super charger.
b, even worse, it sounds automatic.

Not liking 'Ricers' stems from americas racist past, when Japanese and chinese workers came to the USA, produced cheap cars (and other products) through cheap labour, and 'took' americas jobs, resulting in alot racism.

essentially, because the rest of the world can produce better cars then yourself, and because JPN sports cars are worth every penny. you shouldnt be so jelous. get onto your car companys and ask why they are still selling you rubbish.

i must say the recent mustang is cheap enough to warrent purchase tho.

Meh, I have no problem at all with Japanese cars.. I've got one as my daily driver. My issue [and hence, cars/people that get the ricer term] are the fools that buy an 89 Civic for $1400 and then put on $4000 worth of body mods and a fart can exhaust. And rims. Ya know, the all-show no-go dealies.

modding rubbish is always stupid.
over in the UK we have a vauxhall 'NOVA' - that seems very popular to add bumpers and rims to etc... never seen the point with its 1.2l engine...

I guess tho with insurance here an utter joke (a 17 year old driving a 1.2 nova = £1000 per year) they like to try and make thier crap seem better.

on a side note, my P1, yes it was very special, was £8500 a year to insure, yet i had it on trade insurance (pretending to be a car dealer) at £2500. still a huge amount of cash...

No, I don't like them because they're crap sounding. Plus it's stupid to add all those 'performance' parts that give you an extra 1-4 horsepower. Ooooooo.

Than me personally? Yes, yes they can. I also never said that the good ol U S of A had great cars, please, I'm not that naive. Now they used to make the best back when Shelby was king, but those days are long and gone. Besides, I would kill to have a Mini or RX8.

the rem 'ricers' refers to all JPN cars - not just to modded cars, which if u think about it wouldnt make any sense at all.

Perhaps, but i refer to ricers as those modded imports with the crappy half primer half bright neon color of your choice paint job and that giant ass dildo pipe that makes that God-awful annoying sound.
