Quickie ebay question...

Say I won an item from a seller in the States, and the total including shipping was roughly £100, what should I expect customs charges to be?

Depends what value is put on the import/export forms.

For 100 I'd expect to pay maybe 15 import tax. Probably a bit less. Been a while since I imported anything like that though.

It's all done with anyway-the guy didn't get back to me in time about the shipping. Pity, I wanted them. Consoled myself by spending £40 on other figures instead.
