well, for example the bag of nuts in front of me details how much protien, salt, dust etc is in a 1/4 pack or 100g.

The homous i had for lunch had packaging that had in big text 5.1g of fat and 'per half pack' in small text.

I examine my food too, yeah... I don't usually like to admit it but it's pretty much habit with me to examine packaged foods- unless it's something tasty that I know isn't all that great for me. In that case, I don't really wanna know.
