Moving

Well, My KM tells me today that he thinks I should move back home.He tells me "I wouldnt be anywhere Im not happy" Im not happy to be honest.
Perhaps he is right. I have given Michigan 2 years and have really TRIED to make this home to me. My family is here but I never spend time with them and I have not really made any friends. Its not for lack of trying, its just everyone I know is younger than I am and dont want to be around a family with kids, they just want to party.

Im sure if I were to move back home I would be doing the same job as I am now. Maybe I would even have a better chance at promotion since my current region went from being a fast growing area to a stagnant money pit.

My wife will be thrilled, my parents will be destroyed. Well honestly, my dad will be indifferent and my mom will be pissed because she wont be able to be around my kids as much as she wants to. She really has no need for me around it feels.

Oh well..

I take it that you weren't acctually raised in that place, even tho your parents happen to live there now?
