Finally passed the ******. By pure fluke I must say. :)

I also feel good cause I know one of my mates is still stuck on it.

By the way, the pop up graphics on that mission looked like crap.

I'm trying to get 100%, and part of that involves doing some air-races-the one I'm currently stuck on involves a plane that handles exactly like the RC one from 'Supply Lines'. In other words, like feather-weight turd with wings.

You'll find it in the bedroom of your Grove Street house, along with the camera for the photo-ops.

This linky here: http://hem.bredband.net/708145/ ...has some really rather splendido maps, showing locations for tags, snapshots, oysters, horse-shoes and unique jumps. Very handy.

I believe...

Tags: Ak-47, Tec-9, Sawn-off shotgun and Molotov Cocktails in the kitchen of you rGrove Street house.

Horse shoes: M4, Combat shotgun, MP5 and Satchel Charges at the Red Dragon Casino. Also boosts your luck, and nets you $100,000

Snapshots: Sniper rifle, Shotgun, SMG and grenades at CJ's garage in Doherty, and another $100,000.

Oysters: Lung Capacity to maximum, sex appeal to 40% (or maybe by 40%). Another $100,000.

Unique Jumps: $500 per jump I think. Tags, Horse shoes, Oysters and Snapshots are needed for 100% completion-jumps aren't.

If you go for 100%, a couple of thing to make it easier are:

Paramedic missions: Do them in Angel Pines-the place is so small you can do it on your first go.

Vigilante missions: Get a cop vehicle, drive to a restaraunt and start the mission. Exit the vehicle, and it will tell you that you have 60 secs to return. Enter the restauraunt, and after about 10 secs it will say 'Target Eliminated!'. Get back in your car, and repeat until done (takes longer towards the end, as there are more cars and more people to kill).

You need to get to level 12 on each.

i believe you have to beat five valet mission levels to finish it. The hotel then becomes an assest property. 2000 a day isnt worth it for me :(

Yep, just 5 levels. If you're stuck and can't be arsed to wiat for a reply from one of us, www.gamefaqs.com has some decent walkthroughs but obviously they contain spoilers, and also, if you use them you rob me of the opportunity to actually sound like I know what I'm talking about for once.

www.stuckgamer.com is also cool, because it has walkthroughs for all the main missions, but the loon responsible has actually taped himself doing them, which is A+ goldstar goodness.

yeah - i persevered with the valet stuff, i was worried it was gonna be level 12.

2000 ain't worth it.

On the plus side i now have all the snap shots and about half the oysters.

This map is tres cool:

http://www.edgeforums.net/showthread.ph ... adid=32477

You can set it to display certain things: vehicle locations, tags, horseshoes, weapons, unique jumps...I think pretty much anything you need to find can be shown on this map.

You can also specify what you are looking for, so if you just wanted to know where all the miniguns are hidden, it'll show you. You can zoom in and all sorts!

Betting on the horses is an easy way-put everything you can on the horse with 12-1 odds, and if you lose just reload and try again.

Alternatively, kill drug dealers (the guys in black vests and hats who normally stand around with their arms crossed)-they drop loads of cash.

There's also taxi missions.

i just got a PS2 and GTA 5

i'm only at the bit when you do a drive by shooting. i never owned GTA 3 or 4 so I'm new and crap and got my hommies blown up 'cos I never drove fast enough and the car died :(

Still I'm rather buff but still skinny.

And Hound as for the 'nigger' language. In certain poor areas of the US and in certain poor areas of the Uk that thinks itas the US black people (and acceptable white and asian) actually do talk like that.

Those rappers aren't making it up. It's the culture 'Nigga' is a sign of respect. I hate it too, however it did destroy the power the word had from racists.

It makes perfect sense that a GTA is based in the hood. And nice to have a black central character in a big video game.

sprewells, aka spinning rims. Sorry I thought the shirt was hillarious. And you can tell by the look on my face just how INCREDIBLY drunk I was that night. The night that picture was taken ended with my buddy pulling a knife on a bunch of Air Force cops, me putting him in a front arm bar and smaching his face to the ground, and making out with his girlfriend.. ahh the single days lol.

Honestly...

We've been playing this game for an hour a day, 5 days a week, for 10 weeks now. That's 50 hours, which is a lot for a computer game.

We only just unlocked the third and final city today.

We just checked a website. We completed 72 (!) missions, and still need to take on 40+ missions.

This is just insane. I'm about to give up. This game is too big.
