So.....

No more Beast Wars Forum, no more underused (formerly Professor Smooth's) Rumor Forum? Stick the Movie in with the Cartoon?

Sounds good to me!

No posts were lost- we're just experimenting with organisation so expect things to move around back and forth a little until we get something we're happy with :)

The forum index has shrunk again! *gasp*

To be honest, the index looked its best yesterday.

I agree. It's about right to make sure things are still separate-ish but forums are kept reasonably active.

How many real regulars are there left btw? 10? 11? :o

It must be around those numbers, but ussually it just feels like the same 5 guys over and over again.

As a point of fact from the 1st of october we have had 4,654 unique visitors.

Per day we usually get about 230 visitors, of which 60% are new. So we have about 138 'regulars', probably more like 100 adjusting for robots.

I don't track data specifically for the board, mainly because due to topic delation/alteration dead links appear which throw long lists of errors.

It's something I may look into soon.

Regarding visitor loyalty for the site as a whole:

Image

Most people who visit tend to visit once or twice only however there is a considerable number of unique visitors who keep coming back (around 200). Whether they post here or not is something else.

Of course, some people might just visit once a month or once a fortnight. People with lives for instance. ;)

We have the technology... let's find out!

Image

Over 96% of people revisit within 3 days. Apparently a profound lack of lives on the Internet ;)

Note- Figures include people who only visit once.

As an aside, we have a very high bounce rate on certain pages (people who literally take one look and leave) so that's something to think about in the future- how can we better keep people on the site?

Cheers for the graphs, Karlos mi hombre. :)

Too bad we can't figure out how many peeps that posts with any kind of regularity tho. But I'm thinkin'.. a graph of the post-count percentage, combined with some deduction, could do the trick, yes?

Say what you want about that... But it's kept Ryan going like an engine of juggernautism. ^^

Now... anybody know if he's got Megan Fox up on that section..? Image
