In fairness Transfans doesn't run under SSL. It's all plain text, unencrypted. Heart bleed isn't really necessary ^_~

Re: This thing...

I think Scott tries to have her cake and eat it – she says that she doesn’t think Furman is trying to make a statement about human women immediately after saying Furman has made 3 statement’s about human women all of which are deeply negative. She says his work may been suggesting, not that it out-...

We'll written :) it's a shame your bleeding cool articles can only be snippets rather than longer thoughts. At Paul's request, I repeat what I said on Facebook: IMO Arcee in IDW is problematic and, while I don't think anyone sat down and thought 'let's write a mysogenistic, transphobic character', t...

I feel I should be offended by that but I'm smiling too much ;)

21st? Time for a Christmas thread...

No thread yet, so I'll start one :) In addition to the usual festive wishes, I want to add something for the record. It's been a difficult year, and I'm not alone in that. I have no contact with my parents and little with my sisters. I have almost no friends outside of work, and my work mates are a ...

Gorgeous as the third party stuff is, I wonder if a 3D printer is a better investment. Just print them out yourself, paint and assemble!

I'm really sorry to hear that, honey. Listen to Hound, he is wise. Sometimes things just run there course, and that doesn't make you bad at all. It's just a thing that happens between two people sometimes.

A combiners question...

How do you reckon that the more... effective combiners ever dis-assemble? I was playing the level in Fall of Cybertron where you get to stomp around as Bruticus, and it occurred to me... why would Bruticus ever want to stop existing? Some of the earlier attempts at the combiner tech, like Menasor an...

My wife accepted a pretty exciting government gig 500 miles away, in Tokyo. She was approved for security clearance yesterday. The moving guys are coming on Sunday. She starts her job in two weeks. And I'll be following...in four months. I think this might actually drive me crazy. It sucks you'll b...

Which G1'er would have had the most frustrating design?

So, outside of battling, TFs must have played games, done jigsaws and hoovered their apartments. Which of them do you think would have had the hardest time in day-to-day life just through their sheer impractical body shape? My vote goes to Starscream: * he can't look left or right, due to those shou...
